Return & Refund Policy
Even though all of our headboard products are custom crafted for you, we want you to be totally satisfied and enjoy your purchase. Computer and mobile screens can convey colors differently, so we suggest that you order a free fabric swatch before placing your order to ensure the color of your headboard is how you envisioned it.
We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have three weeks after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at email@example.com if any item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Include pictures of your order if possible so that we can evaluate and make it right.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns must be in original condition and packaging, and you’ll need a receipt and/or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.
